The room was beautifully laid out and impressively clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The added bonus of a mini fridge with complimentary drinks and snacks was much appreciated, especially after late nights out. the toilet flush could use some maintenance as it required a few tries to function properly. Would definitely consider returning!

Recommend it for couples seeking comfort
The owners, they were so welcoming, it felt like home. having a fridge in the room was just great, who doesn’t love cold drinks after a long day?
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved exploring nearby fishing spots and cycling through the beautiful outdoors. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all essentials. The location made it super easy to walk to the pier and dining options.
The only downside was the noise from the upstairs guests, which disturbed our sleep a bit.

Close to the pier, just a minute away. The rooms have a mini fridge stocked with free mineral water, alongside a good supply of tea, coffee, and biscuits for a cozy night in.
The guest lounge, advertised online, is currently serving as storage, which is a letdown for a place promoting relaxation. While the shower works, it could use some attention—hot water takes its sweet time, and there's barely any space for toiletries inside. Chairs in the room are rather uncomfortable, which might be a bother if you're planning to lounge around. I noticed a musty smell from the built-in wardrobe, and the plug sockets in the room seemed a bit dodgy. For anyone needing to store bags post-checkout, there's no luggage storage offered, so plan accordingly.

Super comfy stay!
Just spent 2 nights in a superior double room. Super clean and cozy with a fridge stocked daily! Loved how close it was to all the bars and places to eat, just a few mins walk. Only thing is the biscuits in the room were kinda small, but there’s a shop a minute away for snacks. Would totally stay again!

Staying at Eastleigh was a rejuvenating experience. The location is ideal, minutes from the beach and local attractions. My room was cozy with a mini fridge and plenty of tea and coffee. While the mattress felt slightly firm for my taste, the friendly atmosphere and cleanliness more than made up for it. I'll definitely return!

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the local water adventures and enjoyed some cycling around. The room was clean and had all the essentials. Lots of tea and coffee available. A fridge which was handy. Parking is close by, making it very convenient for getting around.
We did have a bit of a hard time at checkout. The owner was a bit impatient and it felt uncalled for. Just a slight oversight shouldn’t ruin the experience.

Skegness is a foodie haven! I chowed down on some proper local delights at Bizzy Lizzies and guzzled ice cream from Whippie Dippies. The place was spotless, and the warm welcome made me feel right at home.
Now about that deluxe room – tiny as a shoebox! With a fridge that had turned into a puddle and lights on the blink, it was a bit of a letdown. Cleaning was ace, though!

Excellent location and warm hospitality
I had a wonderful stay close to the beach and local attractions, with a spotless and spacious superior double room that included a mini-fridge stocked with water. The friendly owner Paula made us feel at home and provided helpful local tips. The only downside was that there wasn’t a breakfast option available on-site, but there were plenty of cafes nearby.
